A deposit is required before project commencement. Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Project Conditions & Delays
Project timelines may be affected by permitting, inspections, material availability, weather, or unforeseen site conditions. Building Greatness Inc is not responsible for delays outside of its control.
